Methods and procedure for pre-trial dispute resolution

Disputes between the consumer and the supplier regarding the supply of natural gas, payment for the supplier's services, damages, etc. should be resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement - in court.

The consumer and the supplier are not limited in the right to apply to the Regulator or its territorial divisions for appropriate clarifications on the application of these Rules and legal relations in the natural gas market.

In case of violation of his rights and legitimate interests, the consumer must apply to the supplier with a complaint (in any form) to eliminate the violation by the supplier and restore the rights and legitimate interests of the consumer. Appeals / complaints / claims are submitted in writing, signed by the authorized person of the consumer or in the form of a scanned copy to the e-mail address [email protected] or by mail / on purpose at the location of the supplier.

Disputes between the consumer and the supplier are resolved by pre-trial settlement of disputes in a transparent, fair and expeditious manner. The supplier is obliged to consider all complaints received from consumers and notify consumers of the results of their consideration within one month.

In case of disagreement between the consumer and the supplier, disputes shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by applicable law, including in court.
